# Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, Paragraph 15: Annual report


(1) As soon as reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year, the Local Audit Office must prepare and adopt a report on the exercise of its functions during that financial year.
(2) The Office must send the report to the Secretary of State.
(3) The Secretary of State must lay the report before Parliament.
