# Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, Paragraph 9: Procedure


(1) The Local Audit Office may determine its own procedure (including quorum) and that of its committees and sub-committees.
(2) The validity of any proceedings of the Office is not affected by any vacancy or defective appointment.
