  "text": "(1) The following paragraphs set out the requirements that have effect in relation to a local audit register as provided by section 6C(1).\n(2) In this Schedule as it applies in relation to a given register—\n“provider” means an individual or firm entered in that register;\n“the registration body” means the body keeping that register.",
