# Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, Paragraph 1: Introduction


(1) The following paragraphs set out the requirements that have effect in relation to a local audit register as provided by section 6C(1).
(2) In this Schedule as it applies in relation to a given register—
“provider” means an individual or firm entered in that register;
“the registration body” means the body keeping that register.
