# Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, Paragraph 1: Qualification requirement for individuals


(1) This paragraph applies for the purposes of paragraph 4(1)(a) of Schedule 1C.
(2) An individual meets the qualification requirement if the individual—
(a) holds an appropriate qualification, or
(b) falls within paragraph 4 or 5 of this Schedule.
