  "text": "(1) Section 1252 (delegation of the Secretary of State's functions) applies with the following modifications.\n(2) For subsection (3) substitute—\n“(3) A delegation order may provide that it has the effect of making the body designated under section 5 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (further power to designate public authorities), subject to subsection (3A).\n(3A) A delegation order may only provide that the body is so designated to the extent that it is exercising functions transferred or conferred by the order (so that nothing in Parts 1 to 5 of that Act applies by virtue of the order to information held by the body which does not relate to the exercise of those functions).”\n(3) In subsection (4)(b) omit sub-paragraph (ii) and the “and” preceding it.\n(4) In subsection (6) omit paragraph (b).\n(5) Omit subsection (7).",
