  "heading": "Requirement to have auditor panel",
  "text": "(1) Each relevant authority must have an auditor panel to exercise the functions conferred on auditor panels by or under this Act.\n(2) This section does not apply to—\n(a) a chief constable, or\n(b) the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis.\n(3) Schedule 4 makes further provision about auditor panels.",
