# The Local Audit (Auditor Panel) Regulations 2014, Regulation 6: Proceedings and validity of proceedings of auditor panels

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an auditor panel may determine its own proceedings.
(2) In relation to any meeting of an auditor panel—
(a) the quorum is three, and
(b) the proceedings of the panel are valid if the majority of members present at the meeting are independent members of the panel.
