# The Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 15: Public inspection and action by auditor


Section 27(1) applies in relation to an opted in authority which is an exempt authority as if before “local auditor” there were inserted “specified person responsible for appointing the”.
