  "text": "The Local Authorities (Allowances) (Scotland) Regulations 1975 shall be further amended as follows:—\n(a) in paragraph (1) of regulation 3A (which prescribes the maximum rate of special responsibility allowance) at sub-paragraph (a) for “£4,775” there shall be substituted “£4,965” and at sub-paragraph (b) for “£480” in both cases where it occurs there shall be substituted “£500”, and\n(b) for any amount specified in Schedule 2 which is mentioned in column 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations there shall be substituted the amount set opposite thereto in column 3 of the Schedule to these Regulations.",
