Made 2nd March 1988
Laid before Parliament 11th March 1988
Coming into force 1st April 1988
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 45, 49A, 50 and 235 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 , and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
