Regulation 3 Increase in rates of special responsibility allowance

In paragraph (1) of regulation 3A of the principal Regulations (which prescribes the maximum rate of special responsibility allowance)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) for “£4,965” there shall be substituted “£5,215”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) for “£500” in both cases where it occurs there shall be substituted “£525”.
