# The Local Authorities (Allowances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1989, Regulation 2: Increase in rates of attendance allowance and financial loss allowance


In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations—
(a) in paragraph (1) (which prescribes the rate of attendance allowance) for “£18.25” there shall be substituted “£19.50”, and
(b) in paragraph (2) (which prescribes the rate of financial loss allowance)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£14.85” there shall be substituted “£16.15”; and
(ii) in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) for “£29.70”, where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£32.35”.
