  "text": "In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations–\n(a) in paragraph (1) (which prescribes the rate of attendance allowance) for “£19.50” there shall be substituted “£21.00”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2) (which prescribes the rate of financial loss allowance)–\n(i) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£16.15” there shall be substituted “£17.65”, and\n(ii) in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) for “£32.35”, where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£35.30”.",
