# The Local Authorities (Allowances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 3: Increase in rates of special responsibility allowance


In paragraph (1) of regulation 3A of the principal Regulations (which prescribes the maximum rate of special responsibility allowance)–
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£5,580” there shall be substituted “£6,010”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£560” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted “£605”.
