Regulation 2 Form of alternative arrangements

Regulation 4(1) of the 2001 Regulations shall be amended as follows.

The word “authority” in the first line shall be deleted and replaced with “authorities”.

In paragraph (a) there shall be inserted after “Board” the words

• “which, subject to regulation 4(2)(e), shall also be its social services committee in accordance with Section 2 of the Social Services Act 1970” ^f1.
