# The Local Authorities (Armorial Bearings) Order 1991, Article 2


The amorial bearings which, immediately before 1st April 1974, were borne and used by Tenterden borough council, may be borne and used by the Tenterden town council, provided they have first been exemplified according to the law of arms and recorded in the College of Arma.
