# The Local Authorities (Armorial Bearings) Order 2010, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order authorises Morpeth Town Council, Newark Town Council and Barnard Castle Town Council to bear and use the armorial bearings formerly borne and used by the corporation of the Borough of Morpeth, the corporation of the Borough of Newark and Barnard Castle Urban District Council respectively.
