# The Local Authorities (Borrowing) Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Borrowing) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
(2) These Regulations shall not apply with respect to any stock issued before 1st April 1990.
