# The Local Authorities (Borrowing) Regulations 1990, Regulation 10: Particulars to be entered in the register


Where more than four persons are jointly entitled to any payments in respect of a loan particulars of which are required to be registered under section 46 of the Act, the registrar shall not be required to enter the name or description and address of more than four of them.
