# The Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 4: Transactions for the provision of a capital asset and services


In regulation 40—
(a) in paragraph (1), omit the words from “and” to the end; and
(b) in paragraph (2)(a) and paragraph (3)(b), omit the words “for the relevant purpose”.
