# The Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Consequential Amendments) Order 1990, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Consequential Amendments) Order 1990.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
