# The Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2004, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order–
“the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972;
“the 1989 Act” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989;
“the 2003 Act” means the Local Government Act 2003; and
“the 1995 Order” means the Local Authorities (Companies) Order 1995.
