# The Local Authorities (Capital Finance)(Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 10th July 1995.
