# The Local Authorities (Categorisation) (England) (No.2) Order 2005, Article 2: Categorisation report


The English local authorities (“authorities”), to which the report of the Audit Commission dated 18th July 2005 relates, are, by this Order, categorised in accordance with their categorisation in that report.
