# The Local Authorities (Categorisation) (England) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Categorisation) (England) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 29th July 2004.
(2) This Order applies in relation to English local authorities.
