# The Local Authorities (Categorisation) (England) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Categorisation) (England) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 11th April 2005.
(2) This Order applies in relation to English local authorities.
