# The Local Authorities (Categorisation) (England) Order 2006, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Categorisation) (England) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 15th December 2006.
(2) This Order applies in relation to English local authorities.
