  "text": "The following, namely—\nthe plan maintained under article 9(1);\nthe records maintained under article 9(2);\nthe register of burials maintained under article 11(1);\nany register of burials in the cemetery maintained before the coming into operation of this order;\nthe record of disinterments maintained under article 11(5);\nthe register maintained under Part II of Schedule 2;\nthe registers described in paragraph 2(b) of the said Part II; and\nthe records of memorials made and kept under paragraph 16 of Schedule 3,\nshall be stored so as to preserve them from loss or damage and be in the charge of the officer of the burial authority appointed for that purpose.",
