  "text": "If, under section 265(2) of the Act, the Council of the Isles of Scilly become a burial authority for the purposes of section 214 of and Schedule 26 to the Act—\n(a) this order shall have effect as if the words “the Council of the Isles of Scilly,” had been inserted after “City of London,” in the definition of “burial authority” in article 2(2); and\n(b) the enactments specified in Schedule 3 to the order of 1974 are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in that Schedule in their application to the Isles of Scilly.",
