# The Local Authorities' Cemeteries Order 1977, Paragraph 18


In this Schedule, any reference to a permission to place a memorial includes a permission granted by the burial authority or any predecessors of theirs, and any reference to the person granted such a permission includes a reference to his personal representatives.
