# The Local Authorities' Cemeteries Order 1977, Paragraph 2


The said powers shall not be exercisable in relation to any building of special architectural or historic interest included in a list compiled or approved under section 54 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 unless the works have been authorised under section 55(2) of that Act.
