# The Local Authorities (Companies) (Amendment No. 2) (England) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Companies) (Amendment No. 2) (England) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st October 2001.
(2) The amendments made by article 2 have effect in relation to local authorities in England.
