# The Local Authorities (Conduct of Referendums) (England) (Consequential Amendment) Order 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Conduct of Referendums) (England) (Consequential Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th April 2001.
(2) This Order applies to the holding of referendums by local authorities in England.
