Laid before Parliament 8th December 1997
Coming into force 1st January 1998
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3(2)(e) and (f) and (3) and 11(1) of the Local Government (Contracts) Act 1997 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
