Article 32 Loan sanctions

Any authorisation of the borrowing of money in force in respect of any property or liability described in (a), (b) or (e) of article 9(1) or transferred by the preceding articles of this order to the authority for any county, district or parish may, subject to the terms applicable thereto, be acted on by such authority.
