LOCAL GOVERNMENT, SCOTLAND

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 45, 47, 49A and 235(1) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973^f1 and sections 18 and 190(1) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989^f2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
