# The Local Authorities Etc. (Allowances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1995, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities Etc. (Allowances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1995, shall come into force on 1st April 1995 and shall apply only to Scotland.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Local Authorities Etc. (Allowances) (Scotland) Regulations 1991.
