Regulation 3 Revocation and savings

Subject to paragraph (2) below, regulation 2 of the Local Authorities Etc. (Allowances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1994^f1 is hereby revoked.

Without prejudice to section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1978^f2, any provision revoked by virtue of paragraph (1) above shall continue to have effect in relation to claims made for allowances or other payments in respect of duties performed before 1st April 1995.
