# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 2) Order 1974, Article 10: Coroners' superannuation


A person appointed a coroner for a county to hold office from 1st April 1974 who was immediately before that date holding office as a coroner shall be entitled to reckon as service for the purpose of section 6 of the Coroners (Amendment) Act 1926 in its application to that county the service which he was entitled to reckon for such purpose immediately before that date.
