# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 2) Order 1974, Article 16: Kingston upon Hull telephone etc. undertaking


The District Council of Kingston upon Hull may, subject to the conditions and within the limits contained in a licence dated 18th July 1969 and made between the Postmaster General and the Lord Mayor, Aldermen and Citizens of the City and County of Kingston upon Hull and in any licence made between the Post Office and the said District Council, operate a public telephone and other telegraphic business undertaking.
