Article 21 Amendment of Staff Transfer and Protection order

In Schedule 2 to the Local Authorities etc. (Staff Transfer and Protection) Order 1974^f1 there shall be added—

• “The Great Ouse Water Authority

• The Anglian Water Authority”.

In Schedule 3 to the said order, in Schedule 3, after the entry for the Peak Park Planning Board there shall be inserted—

• “The South Westmorland Joint Pest Control Board

• The South Lakeland District Council”.
