# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 2) Order 1975, Article 10: Accounts of passenger transport executives


Any resolution required by paragraph 7(2) or (3) of Schedule 29 to the Act in relation to the accounts of the passenger transport executive for any metropolitan county shall be a resolution of the passenger transport authority for that county.
