# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 2) Order 1975, Article 13: Property of local fisheries committees


Any property held immediately before 1st April 1974 by a local fisheries committee for a sea fisheries district on behalf of their constituent councils may be held by the committee as reconstituted for the benefit of their constituent councils, and article 16(3) of the Local Government (England) (Property etc.) Order 1973 and article 16(2) of the Local Government (Wales) (Property etc.) Order 1973 shall have effect accordingly.
