Article 2 Territorial extent of exercise of powers

Article 13, in so far as it relates to the Lancashire and Western Sea Fisheries Committee, is made by the Secretary of State for the Environment.

(2)

Subject to paragraph (1), this order is made by the Secretary of State for the Environment in relation to England and by the Secretary of State for Wales in relation to Wales.
