  "text": "This Order makes further provision incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary to the Local Government Act 1972, relating to\n(a) the operation, amendment or repeal of certain Acts and instruments;\n(b) agreements by certain authorities with other local authorities which will engage the direct labour forces of the first-mentioned authorities;\n(c) byelaws made by the authorities for the City of London and the Temples;\n(d) the accounts of passenger transport executives;\n(e) subscriptions to the Association of Charter Trustees;\n(f) the Crediton Cemetery;\n(g) the property of local fisheries committees.",
