# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 3) Order 1974, Article 11: Differential rating—City of Wakefield


Article 6 (differential rating) of the Local Government (Differential Precepting and Rating) Order 1974 shall apply in the City of Wakefield only in respect of the amount to be collected, under the resolution dated 1st April 1974 of the Finance and General Purposes Committee of the City Council, as the first part of the first instalment of the rate for the year 1974–75.
