# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 3) Order 1975, Note: Explanatory note


This Order makes further provision incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary to the Local Government Act 1972 and the Water Act 1973, relating to—
(a) the amendment of certain Acts;
(b) the sale, etc., and development of land;
(c) outstanding appeals under the orders dealing with staff transfers;
(d) the adoption of certain enactments in Home County area;
(e) certain franchise and prescriptive rights; and
(f) the transfer of certain property, etc.
