  "text": "The power to hold a fair in Underhill, Portland exercisable immediately before 1st April 1974 by the urban district council of Portland shall be exercisable by the Parish Council of Portland, and the said Parish Council shall have the same powers in relation to the said fair as were exercisable immediately before 1st April 1974 by the said urban district council.",
