# The Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No. 5) Order 1974, Note: Explanatory note


This Order makes further provision incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary to the Local Government Act 1972 and the Water Act 1973, relating to—
(a)the amendment, repeal or revocation of certain public general Acts and instruments;
(b)the Statutes of the University of Hull;
(c)the Underhill fair at Portland;
(d)the Romsey Cemetery;
(e)the transfer of certain property, etc.; and
(f)the accounts of the rural district council of St. Thomas.
